Bursa Malaysia is an exchange holding company incorporated in 1976 and listed in 2005. As one of the largest bourses in the ASEAN, Bursa Malaysia helps over 900 companies raise capital across 68 economic activities – whether through the Main Market for established large-cap companies, the ACE Market for emerging companies of all sizes, or the LEAP Market for up-and-coming SME companies.

Shenzhen Stock Exchange (“SZSE”) and Bursa Malaysia Berhad (“Bursa”) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) to broaden opportunities in investment and facilitate further cross-boarder collaboration between the two marets. Under the MoU, both exchanges will collaborate on several areas of mutual interest that are aimed to strengthen the tie and promote the flow of investment between the two markets. Among others, it will include the cross promotion of indices to enhance visibility and profile of both the Chinese and Malaysian markets.
